Return Eligibility



  • Return requests must be submitted within 5 days of delivery via email or chat.
  • Items must be returned in the same condition received, with all original accessories included (dust bag, box, lock, etc.).
  • Our authentication tag must remain attached for all eligible returns.
  • Items that do not meet these conditions will not qualify for a return.




Refund Options



  • Items over $600: Eligible for store credit only.
  • Items under $600: Eligible for store credit or refund to original payment method.
  • Original shipping and insurance fees are non-refundable.




Final Sale Items (Non-Returnable)



The following items are final sale and not eligible for return:


  • Consignment items (unless return insurance was purchased — store credit only will be issued)
  • In-store purchases
  • Online orders picked up in-store
  • International orders
  • Jewelry
  • Online outlet items




Return Process



To initiate a return:


  1. Contact us within 5 days of delivery via email or chat.
  2. Provide your order details and reason for return.
  3. Once approved, return instructions will be provided.



All approved returns are processed as store credit unless otherwise stated above.



Restocking & Processing Fees



  • Orders not yet shipped: 3% processing fee
  • Delivered items:
    • Under $500 → $25 fee
    • $500 – $5,000 → $50 fee
    • $5,000+ → $100 fee




Return Shipping



  • Customers are responsible for return shipping costs.
  • We strongly recommend purchasing shipping insurance.
  • We are not responsible for lost or delayed return shipments.




Processing Time



  • Returns are inspected upon arrival.
  • Store credit is issued within 10 business days after approval.




Previously Owned Items Disclaimer



We specialize in authentic, pre-owned luxury goods.


  • Please review all photos carefully before purchasing.
  • Visible flaws shown in images but not stated in descriptions are not considered misrepresentation.
  • If you believe your item is inauthentic or significantly misrepresented, contact us within 5 days for review.
